​Specifically via the "Entrepreneurship support program for unemployed people aged 30-59 with an emphasis on women" .​NSRF (ΕΣΠΑ) is the Enterprise Agreement for the Development Framework for 2021-2027 and it is the basic strategic plan for the development of Greece with the assistance of significant resources from the European Structural and  Investment Funds (ESIF) of the European Union.

Approved by the European Commission on July 29, 2021, an amount of 26.2 billion euros in total are to be allocated to  Greece in 7 years. The total of 20.9 billion euros concern the Union Support and 5.3 billion euros will be the National  Contribution.
