These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
govern the use of the website 3Steps.top
and the services provided by
3 Steps Digital Studio.
By accessing this website
or entering into a contract with
3 Steps Digital Studio,
you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
3 Steps Digital Studio offers digital and branding services either individually or combined, including but not limited to:
Digital Experience Design
Conversion Architecture
Brand-Led Digital Systems
Performance Builds
Ongoing Optimization & Maintenance
which may be translated but not limited to:
Branding & Visual Identity
Logo Design
Web Design & Development
GEO & SEO Services
Website Appearance & Optimization
Website Maintenance & Updates
Services may be offered:
As bundled packages
As standalone services
(branding only, web design only, GEO/SEO only, optimization and maintenance only)
As one-off project contracts
As ongoing subscription-based agreements
All services are provided exclusively through signed written contracts between the Company and each Client.
3. Contract Formation
No services are provided without
a written agreement.
A service agreement becomes legally binding only when:
Both parties
(3 Steps Digital Studio and the Client)
sign the contract; and
Payment terms are accepted.
The services board,
including descriptions and prices,
may be displayed on the website.
However:
Services cannot be
purchased directly online.
No online checkout is available.
Each engagement requires a separate signed agreement.
4. Pricing & Modifications:
3 Steps Digital Studio reserves the right to:
Modify service descriptions
Adjust pricing
Update packages
Discontinue services
at any time without prior notice.
Price changes do not affect already signed contracts unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
5. Payment Policy
Upon signing a contract,
Clients will receive
payment details including:
Bank transfer
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal
Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in the signed agreement.
5.1 Late Payments
If payment is delayed:
Work may be suspended.
Deliverables may be withheld.
Ongoing services may be paused.
Statutory interest may apply
under Greek law.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated
in a signed contract:
Payments for completed work
are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Custom digital work, branding, GEO and SEO services are non-returnable
due to their nature.
Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of the Company or where required under applicable Greek or EU consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All intellectual property remains the property of 3 Steps Digital Studio until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights may transfer to the Client as defined in the contract.
7.2 Portfolio Rights
The Company reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Supply required materials on time
Ensure they own rights to
any materials provided
Cooperate in a timely manner
The Company is not responsible
for delays caused by Client inaction.
9. Performance Disclaimer
(SEO/GEO & Digital Results)
3 Steps Digital Studio does not guarantee:
Specific SEO rankings
Search engine positioning
Traffic levels
Conversion rates
Revenue increases
Search engine algorithms, platform policies, and market conditions are beyond the Company’s control.
All services are provided using professional expertise but without guaranteed performance outcomes.
10. Website & Technical Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted website availability
Absence of cybersecurity threats
Third-party hosting stability
Third-party plugin reliability
The Client is responsible for third-party service providers unless maintenance services explicitly include such oversight.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted
under Greek and EU law:
3 Steps Digital Studio shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Loss of data
Reputational damage
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the specific contract giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful
under Greek or EU legislation.
12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3 Steps Digital Studio
from any claims, damages, liabilities,
or expenses arising from:
Content provided by the Client
Intellectual property infringement
by Client materials
Misuse of delivered services
Violation of applicable laws by the Client
13. GDPR & Data Protection
3 Steps Digital Studio operates
in compliance with:
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation EU 2016/679)
Greek Data Protection Law (Law 4624/2019)
13.1 Data Processing
The Company may process:
Contact information
Billing details
Project materials
Analytics data
only for legitimate contractual and operational purposes.
13.2 Client Rights
Clients have the right to:
Access their data
Request correction
Request deletion
(where legally permitted)
Restrict processing
File complaints with the
Hellenic Data Protection Authority
A separate Privacy Policy governs
full data processing practices.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary
or sensitive information shared
during collaboration.
Confidentiality obligations survive
contract termination.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract:
According to its written terms
For material breach
For non-payment
Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes
beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Cyberattacks
Power failures
Internet outages
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts
are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising out of or relating
to these Terms or any contract
shall be subject exclusively to
the courts of Athens, Greece.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. Amendments
3 Steps Digital Studio reserves the right
to update these Terms at any time.
